Text Box: Meet our Professional Teachers
and read their messages
Text Box: I joined British-American in1994 as a teacher, until the year 2000 when I became Director of Studies.
I spend my time testing students, creating publicity (like this web site), producing End of Course Tests and the best part, teaching weekday classes.
I like to get the best out of my students, which means they have to work hard, but we also have lots of fun, so the sound of laughter coming from my classroom is a common occurrence.

I give our placement tests (free) to the students before they join our classes. This is an oral question and answer between me and the student. I do not use a written grammar test, as the objective is to judge the persons ability in listening and speaking, not completing a grammar exercise.
Text Box: I have been teaching for British-American since 1999.
Teaching is wonderful work as giving knowledge to people gives me a lot of satisfaction in my life.

It is important for me that my lessons connect with my Thai students.

English is a gateway to a great future and we make it fun too.
Text Box: In 2005 I joined British-American as a teacher. Teaching is a great job which actually I was interested in since I was young. However you have to be patient, and kind which luckily I am.
The best part is you easily make lots of friends and meet many people.
Text Box: The year 2000 was when I started with British-American. What I love is when students start to speak ,I am so pleased that I could help in this process. Another great feeling is when an ex student stops and speaks to me in the street. The best part is the fun I have with students in the class.
Teaching here is something you look forward too.
Text Box: English has been my favorite subject since I was a child and now after completing a BA, with an English Major, in an International Program, I am teaching children, teenagers and adults and it’s a job I love.
Thai students are great to teach.
Text Box: I started with BA in 1998 and have since enjoyed teaching at various branches as well as corporate customers. Teaching is interesting due to the many different people you meet and rewarding as you watch your students progressing.
Text Box: Teaching since 1979, I joined British-American in 2006. Most of my students are adults. I teach general conversation (levels 1-8). Sometimes I have special business, writing and grammar classes. Other times I have a class for a student who wants to prepare for a special test, such as IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC.
I think teaching and learning should be hard work and fun at the same time.
Text Box: I have enjoyed teaching at British-American since 2001.
What gives me great pleasure, is to see students, who originally can barely understand English , develop into individuals, who become quite proficient and are able to use English for their work or enjoyment.
Text Box: 1996 was when I started teaching at British-American.
Teaching, I admit isn’t always easy but the rewards are significant. It’s always a pleasure when you see students improving before your eyes. I try to make my classes fun. If students don’t leave the class happy, then they haven’t enjoyed learning.
Learning should be fun.
Working at British-American I am able to make that happen.
Text Box: My students love me as much as I love them. So we have fun together and learn a lot.
